We will be building:
12 homes on Ute Hill
216 homes at Dakota Ridge (between the golf course and Patriot Elementary)
180 homes at Iroquois Village (the old hospital site)
And a community center at the NW corner of Iroquois Village

As of 15 Feb 2008, construction status is:
146 Foundations poured to date, broken down as follows: Dakota Ridge = 96/216; Iroquois Village = 38/180; Ute Hill = 12/12
124 of these units have framing started/completed as follows: Dakota Ridge = 96/96; Iroquois Village = 16/180; Ute Hill = 12/12
52 of these units are in drywall and finish-end trades as follows: Dakota Ridge = 40/96; Iroquois Village = 0/180; Ute Hill = 12/12
4 homes on Ute Hill have been turned over, with two more scheduled for turnover next week.

And this fall we’ll be opening our new community center, which you’ve probably seen under construction across from the middle school. In addition to our leasing offices, the community center will have a soda shop, an internet room, a fitness room, a game room, and two meeting rooms that can be combined to make one large room.
